The history of Visitor Stats 2

I started Visitor Stats in 2002 as a hobby, trying to make my website statistics useful. I wanted to make something easy to use, something that non-web savvy people could use to understand their website and their online businesses.

After much fruitless Google searching, I decided to build something myself. 6 months later, version 1 was born to much interest from the online community. Version 2 represents the first real attempt at Visitor Stats (v1 was just a beta), using Object oriented PHP and a MySQL database. Version 3 is in the works, but taking much longer due to my web development job.

Visitor Stats 2 is a unique website stats program, something I enjoy sharing with the online world.
